Diana Santos, Trail Name: Wonderwoman
Diana has successfully pivoted from practicing as an immigration attorney to practicing as a therapist and now as a retreat leader, coach, and Appalachian Trail Section hiker. In order to make these changes, she’s confronted perfectionism, shame, and imposter syndrome to live more joyfully and is passionate about helping other women do the same. She’s hiked over 600 miles of the Appalachian Trail, and led forest bathing and nature retreats in Yogaville and Shenandoah National Park. She believes in the power of humor, compassion, community, and connection to nature to transform our relationships to ourselves and others. She utilizes her experience as a psychotherapist, certified yoga teacher, and writer to bring healing and insight through thoughtful movement, breath work, and inquiry. She offers individual and group coaching, and private and group yoga classes. When not out hiking and backpacking, she enjoys baking and curling up with a good book.
